STAGING
Since 2014, we have been responsible for designing the staging experience that brings the international Design Festival to life.
RETHINK
The challenge in the 4 editions that we have participated in has been to think again and again on how to create a space of inspiration that houses more than two thousand people every year.
IMMERSION
Beyond just being a space, the Festival stage has been the venue of an evolving and immersive experience.
Since 2011, in a single stage and for 3 consecutive days, the International Design Festival brings together the best in creativity every march in Costa Rica.
In 2014, and in collaboration with the CETAV, we developed a visual environment, using 2D and 3D animation, video mapping and design inspired by geometry and impossible figures.
In 2015, the approach went further. We explored the possibilities of code by mixing it with popular graphics curated by Identica, visual tribute of this edition. The result was visual content generated almost entirely from code and glitch.
In 2016, we created a sensory environment beyond the stage itself, an evolving ecosystem by connecting visual elements and sound. Light and sound design were key to play with space and produce sensations that traveled through the forest of Museo La Salle in day and night environments.
In 2017, the 7ID arrived with a tribute to the popular religious graphics as a cult of design and its presenters.
